for dinner tonight the engel-pack will be having a riff on the cover recipe from the most recent issue of bon appetit. here’s a sneak peek…

layer 1: onion sauteed with portabello and spinach

layer 2: roasted vegetable medley including sweet potatoes, zuchinni and red pepper

layer 3: after being showered with a custard complete with eggs from the family chickens, roasted tomatoes, sprinkle of thyme and dabs of goat cheese top it off

then off into the oven as we speak! post about the reception of this delicious delight to come soon.
